B – Center front length
For a skirt, lay the garment flat and measure from the center of the waistband (right where the front and back meet) to the bottom of the front hem.

C – Center back length
For a skirt, lay the garment flat and measure from the center of the waistband (right where the front and back meet) to the bottom of the back hem.

I – Waist relax
Lay the skirt flat and smooth out any wrinkles or folds. Locate the narrowest part of the skirt, usually around the middle. Measure straight across this area from one side seam to the other, making sure the skirt is not gathered or bunched under the tape. This is the waist measurement of the skirt.

K – Waist Stretch
Lay the skirt flat and locate the narrowest part, usually around the middle. Measure the waist as described above, then gently stretch the waistband to its maximum without distorting the skirt.
